These terms apply to the Muslin theme support site (www.muslin.online), its documentation and the support form. The site is published by Scrudal. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site provides documentation and support for the Muslin theme for Shopify. It is not Shopify's site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify Inc. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc.

Support

Support is provided as described in the support policy, including the reply time of 2 business days.
Support covers Muslin theme bugs, theme settings and sections, and questions about the documentation. It does not cover custom code, third-party apps or design changes.
We may ask for a link to your store, a screenshot or temporary access details. Only share what is needed, and remove access afterwards.
Paid services such as customizations, app integrations and help with updates are not included in the theme price.

Acceptable use

When you use the support form you agree not to:

send unlawful, abusive or misleading content;
upload files that are not images, or images that contain malware, other people's private data, payment card numbers or passwords;
send automated or bulk requests, or try to disrupt, probe or bypass the security of the site;
use the site to promote products or services.

We may refuse or delete requests that break these rules and block access to the form.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you send. You allow us to use it only to answer your request and, in anonymized form, to improve the theme and documentation. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

Our content

The text, layout and graphics of this site and the documentation belong to Scrudal or its licensors. You may read and link to them and follow the instructions for your own stores. You may not copy the documentation to publish it as your own. The Muslin theme itself is licensed through the Shopify Theme Store under the terms shown on its listing at the time you obtain it.

Demo store

The demo store shows the theme with sample products, photos and text. Products there are not for sale, and names or images in the demo do not represent real offers. Please keep the demo password to yourself unless you share the theme with colleagues who need to review it.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the site online and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. We may change or remove content and these terms; the date at the top shows when they were last updated.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and the documentation are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data that results from using the site or following the documentation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Always test changes on a duplicate of your theme before using them on your live store.
